parkchester is great but could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
clean, busy but relatively quiet, close to shopping and 6 train. apartments are big!
Cons:
parkchester management needs to modernize. repairs are often patches or cover ups. no attention to quality, detail and consistency. notices on service interruptions are posted the day of yet printed with an earlier date

Advice to owner:
embrace technology and renovate because the style people are looking for has changed and you are way behind. building cleaning should happen more often.
