More Rent less services
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is fairly quiet, it's diverse and close to train station and express bus.
Cons:
Building is not clean like it use to be, garbage and furniture in the lobby, elevators work sporadically, notice about heat, water outages not posted or posted after the fact.
Advice to owner:
Clean, repairs, listen

Roaches and mice galore
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the train, in a nice community, quiet at night
Cons:
The roaches!!! I lived here for 10 years and there was never a time when we didn’t have roaches. It didn’t matter how much you cleaned or how much raid you sprayed. A water bug once came out of the drain during my shower. Two years before we moved out, we had mice for MONTHS.
Advice to owner:
You need to take care of the roach and mice issue immediately.
