Pros:
Some floors like mine are clean and quiet with nice neighbors
Cons:
Unresponsive to bad neighbor complaints (needed police action). Rude main office staff.
Advice to owner:
Property manager Andrew needs to be more active in the day to day, more accessible, and to properly train his office staff in proper customer service and decorum.
