Its not what it seems
Former Tenant
Pros:
Things are near by
Cons:
There is always a pipe bursting in walls, it takes for ever to get repair done, apts have a weird smell in them once you close windows, mice and roaches nonstop, tons of trash ALWAYS in front of buildings. This goes for most of the Parkchester buildings. They show you the apt with out side light so you don’t notice the patched walls which are also badly patched and painted. The maintenance phone hold time is over half hour to 45 minutes. I do not recommend them
Advice to owner:
There is always and excuse and waiting period of over a month
