Pros:
Reasonable property market prices
Accessible Transportation
Shopping stores
Cons:
Homeless people roaming throughout community; roaches; constant broken elevators; robberies; other crime; water interruptions to apartments often; brown pipe water; no parking; noise pollution; poor quality food in surrounding food markets; crowded laundry facilities; high rate of stolen packages; apartment units get extremely hot in summer months without multiple air conditioners; poor quality schools in the area; poor public safety.
Advice to owner:
Consider ample renovation budget.
Install security camera outside unit.
Invest in pest control.
Buy a minimum of 2 air conditioners for apartment.
