Landlord is very unprofessional
Former Tenant
Pros:
Having a home over my head
Cons:
Landlord doesn’t apply by rules She doesn’t understand when garbage goes out she gets a lot of tickets and try’s to blame tenets for her mistakes Roaches cause she’s a nasty one She’s too nosey She wants to know who everyone is when they come to visit family When people come to fix the building she never opens her door
Advice to owner:
Learn respect and stop trying to have your kids fight your tenets with your nasty attitude Fix up the building it’s old Have a inspection
