Responsive landlord. The decor has a lot of character and isn't just bare and white on the inside. Big rooms. Washer and dryer in unit.
Near a school which has a lot of trash that the wind would bring over quite a lot of the time. Landlord could be a bit cheap sometimes. Has mice. Backyard could do with some refurbishment.
