AVOID IT AT ALL COST!

Pros:
None , there’s a 1.5 bathroom but pressure water low ,living area is big but there’s no peace.
Cons:
They are very loud, the entire family live downstairs. They have no manners and will disrespect you in a heartbeat only if you let them.We could never have a bday with music they come banging loud and very aggressive to the door to the point we had to call the cops.But when is New Year’s Eve or their own gatherings your walls will tremble. I’m the fourth tenant in four years, no one last because, there’s mice, no heat , no repairs and no peace.The fridge broke down four times and our food went bad and no reimbursement. They will try and charge more rent under the table this is illegal I had no choice as I was in fight with an unlawful eviction on my previous home of 18 years. Overall is been the place from hell . It’s toxic and very stressful oh and Mohammad the owner keeps a key of your mail box . I don’t think this is legal either. They don’t want tenants they looking for roommates who will abide by their rules. No smoking no loud music no parties no pets.Yup welcome to hell or should I say jail?I got my key in October but rent was paid by section 8 since September 2018 .Bcs he refused a voucher until he get the xtra deposit from home base I did not get the key. Then he said leave the door open and I discover they were using our bathroom and stealing detergents from my countersAvoid renting here no parking , only good neighbor was next door Tony and former tenant 86 yr old Mr. Michael who owner takes advantage of any chance he sees fit by making him do repairs at the apt without paying him :/ we always gave him money . The tiles on both bathrooms are cracked and old the kitchen is from 1997 nothing is updated except for living area floor owner installed himself and the finishing are awful. There’s cracks between floor and all doors and he left the old wood. Poor workmanship at its best. The painting was also bad there’s paint in the floors , widows , glass , bathroom cabinet and wait till you see the rails going up the stairs :/Main bathroom handles in shower are covered with rust the toilet is so low fit for first graders.The zinc in kitchen is disgusting and can not be used or your shower stop working. The tub and toilet are so old and stained no matter what solution or even detergent that’s even so strong is dangerous won’t clean it up fully. The cabinets are covered in old mold .Half the electrical outlets don’t work properly and only two units out six of the heater work and they are super old they falling apart.tThe rugs are more like the cover underneath a real rug and very little closet space.Meantime they fully renovated their first floor and gutter the basement cellar too.I thank God I’m moving out soon to a beautiful brand new house with a yard and front porch. Stay Away and don’t be fooled by fake smiles .You will thank me I promise. Luz Roman
Advice to owner:
Treat people and property they are leasing in same manner you wish to be treated in return. Strongly advice you and your family to Stop harassing tenants is illegal and there a laws that punish this behavior and protect us.Good luck and GoodBye!
