Tenants harass everyone else who lives in building because they believe they can.
Monitor/replace tenant family in 2 out of 3 apts. in this building. No one else other than the family who has been living here can ever peacefully reside in building w/o constant, ongoing harassment, bullying of the family living here prior to 2020.
