Cute neighborhood but..

Pros:
It’s updated, clean and in a relatively a safe neighborhood
Cons:
No noise control ..you can literally feel and Hear every vibration in that building ..from the door slamming to people talking..kids screaming..loud stereo or tv blasting..dogs barking..neighbors footsteps..couples arguing..loud cars passing by..pretty much every noise you can think of..And don’t bother complaining to the manager property because they won’t care..!They just want to collect their money..!
Advice to owner:
Get cameras to capture whatever is going on in the building to avoid he said or she said and it also allows the property owners to properly evaluate a situation on camera video..also get insulation or more drywall material so each tenant can enjoy a peace of mind in their apartment..People have to pay thousands of dollars to not even be able to enjoy coming home and have some peace and quiet..!!
