Girl Management isn’t great

Pros:
They will take your money.
Cons:
They don’t fix anything. They don’t never manage the rent books so pay in personal check to have proof of payment. They raise the rent every year but never paint.
Advice to owner:
Honor your property and hire educated people to work the office.
