Pros:
The area is quiet.
Cons:
Floors are not being cleaned on a weekly basis especially during this pandemic.
Some tenants leave garbage in other tenant door.
Trash room is filthy. There are sometimes garbage is on the floor by other tenant who do not know how to dispose their garbage
Advice to owner:
Have more tenant meetings and hold Super of building accountable.
