Landlord doesn’t care about tenants just the money.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Got a place to live
Cons:
Landlord doesn’t care. People are totally disregarded when it comes to house issues. Neighbors don’t make it easy either cause they steal mail and leave garbage on the staircase.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your tenants and listen to their complains and fix it. Everything is not always about money be a decent human being.

Don’t Move Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
None, other than stabilized rent.
Cons:
I grew up here and lived here for more than 15+ years. The owners sell amongst themselves and each new landlord is like a slumlord. I had to call 311 because our bathroom selling fell and I had called got months requested management to fix the issue and they halfassed each time resulting in the drywall falling since they did not fix the actual problem; the leaking water that came from the roof. The big rats to bed bug infestation to lead being found on the apartment below us to surging two fires... each management got worst and worst from 1997 to 2013. My father still lives there and things are not any better so till now 2021.
Advice to owner:
Don’t know who the new owners are this time around, but maintain your property correctly!
