Bad company & building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Takes government assistance programs & has apartments that belong to DHS
Cons:
Internally falling apart
Not enough staff to keep the building clean, clear & in shape
Not handicap accessible
Tenants don’t pay their rent
Adult and children tenants hang out & trash the hallways, stairways & laundry rooms as well as breaking building property like lamps, signs, locks & machinery
No or slow heat/hot water is an ongoing issue
Advice to owner:
Hire more staff for all building repairs & maintenance
Impose more tenant rules
