Cozy, safe, and lots of space
Former Tenant
Pros:
Only about 10 years old. Lots of windows, closet space and good sized bedrooms.
Cons:
Kitchen could be updated, why is there a window above the bathtub?
Advice to owner:
Force tenants to park in the back of the property.
