Pros:
The building is well kept porters and maintenance staff clean daily. Neighbor are friendly and try to create a place of community.
Cons:
Management can be slow or delayed when it comes to getting back to you about things that will need to be fixed. But they will ensue it gets done
Advice to owner:
To the owner Palosci and Associates the building would benefit with updates key fob for entry to building, new elevators and security camera on each floor as a vagrant has been trespassing and exposing himself to residents and children.

•Laundry Department •Proximity to train station and other public transportation •Parking Lot Attached
Cons:
•Very poor pest control •Dirty Hallways •Elevators out of service often •Back water in tubs •Leakages •Management is slow and tardy to correct apt issues and replace or fix broken appliances
Advice to owner:
Invest in better apartment management and pest control. Increase management responsiveness.
