Laziest Super Ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
The security is okay in this building. Night/ Early morning security doesn’t do much. 24/7 laundromat is a plus as well.
Cons:
The super in this building is horrible and lazy. He is irresponsible and takes his job very lightly. I have to use a portable heater in the winter because there’s no heat. Maintenance of the building looks dirty and there is a mice infestation in the entire building.
Advice to owner:
This building has gone downhill and it’s unfortunate that the tenants have to live with lack of maintenance.
