Best landlord ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
I love the security the owner provides. He is always concern about everyone safety. He make sure every night that the doors in the the building is property locked and has cameras surrounding the areas. He also is extremely clean and a very understanding person. You can tell he loves his home because he is constantly upgrading and decorating. Is very family friendly atmosphere and is great with children. When he plans pools and bbq for his own family and children he is always kind enough to yo envite everyone in the building is like a family. We all look out for each other. If you want to have events in your home or even the parking lot where he park his own vehicle he is kind enough to park in the street that day so you can enjoy your family or a birthday celebration for your child. Seriously, what landlord does that!
Cons:
I mean li literally racked my brain trying to find something. I guess I could say that the back yard is not a shared yard since there isn’t any entrance from ani other apartment but the landlords. However, he does let you use the parking lot so I guess that kinda does the same.
Advice to owner:
Don’t let anyone take advantage of your kindness.
