Meh not great but not the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s nice a building. For the most part it’s not extremely ghetto. There isn’t a lot of people always outside in front of the building and it’s pretty quiet. Everyone is really nice and polite as well. I like the building diversity. Also there’s parking.
Cons:
The super isn’t great nor is the manager. His crappy. He never really gets anything done and the super accent is so heavy you often misinterpret what he say and don’t understand.
Advice to owner:
Please give better services and better management. Also please upkeep the building the proper way the halls always stink. Also tenants are filthy. Put cameras on ever floor to manage residents upkeep.
