Place is a nightmare if it still has the same landlord

Pros:
I liked that the apartment was a duplex
Cons:
Micheal Chen was a very bad racist landlord unprofessional he would always want to go inside the apartment to look around and talk about other tenants I had no heat or hot water for 4 mos and they always had rat infestations they were many rats tore things up got my daughter extremely sick apartment needed repairs fell off while i was walking on the steps injured myself many times there he said he’d renovate after he tried to bribe me w $200or 300 he wanted to get rich kids w trust funds bc he discriminated against ppl that weren’t wealthy he said he don’t t want poor ppl w programs i didn’t have any program at the time
Advice to owner:
Stop being racist and evil bribery is wrong
