a drastic downgrade in building managment
Former Tenant
Pros:
There's an elevator and the trash room is emptied daily
Cons:
Absolutely filthy. When they empty the trash room, they just drag the trash (even when it is leaking) out on the floors on each floor but never mop. Rodents, bedbugs, ants, every critter has a home here too lol
Leaking roof that is never properly repaired. Thin walls so you can hear every conversation or party from units next to, above, and below you.
There used to be a laundry room and proper security (key card to enter, security gate with call buttons) but everything has broken down and they have no interest in repairing anything. The laundry room has been converted to a storage room even though they kept telling tenants that they will repair it soon!!
Advice to owner:
I know many people here are low income but even poor people deserve a decent place to live... Start treating us like we are human please

Ridiculous
Former Tenant
Pros:
Gate to enter .
Cons:
Half way jobs. Takes months within a report to fix or to attend anything. Elevator is broken every other week. Infestations. Homeless people sleep in stair cases.
Advice to owner:
Hire proper people to fix major problems. Super does not know what he is doing. The problems always come back less then a month.

Owners didn’t care about tenants at all
Former Tenant
Pros:
There’s a gate to get in
Cons:
The super doesn’t know what he’s doing. Since the first super whom was great they hired someone who didn’t speak English and he didn’t know how to fix anything. Cheap labor if u ask me
Advice to owner:
Who ever has it now I hope they address the horrible conditions that Cornell pace let go by the waste side roach mouse and rats running in the lobby just horrible stop hiring drunk people to half clean bldg
