Just dirty and not helpful

Pros:
its only 3 floors
Cons:
The landlords dont clean the hallways at all they are filled with mice and whenever you ask the landlords to paint your apartment they take years or they dont do it at all. Also the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors conversations. And if you live on the 2nd or 3rd floor you have to run downstairs every time your bell rings because they dont have a working buzzer. ALSO they do not allow washing machines so you have to take your bags of clothes to the laundromat every time.
Advice to owner:
Hire better people
