No fire escapes. Rodent infested. (Roaches & mice) Management usually takes very long to make fixes and adjustments. And lastly people in the management office are slightly rude. 
Advice to owner:
My advice to this property owner would be .. to use the money to renovate these buildings because they are wonderfully built. And please hire an Exterminator!!! Before you guys find a lawsuit on your hands ( are used to hear the mice chewing through my walls)
And second find a better team for your management office because the one that you currently have are very unprofessional.
