Pros:
The address entered for this review is 501 East 161 Street. It would not populate it brought up Brook Avenue
Cons:
Filthy Carpets and Lobbies Grilling and cars in the open Courtyard Thin Walls (Everything can be heard through the doors and walls) Smells of smoke and food enter the apartment's Laundry room are dirty and machines are not cleaned Amenities NEVER been opened since building opened Management take no accountability
Advice to owner:
HUD and HPD funding given to management company Biggest tax brakes and you allow for your tenants to live like this
