Meh. Better places to live.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super was relatively responsive and the rent’s affordable. Nice to have an elevator and in building laundry.
Cons:
So noisy. Literally never a moment of quiet because the walls are paper thin. People are in and out of the building at every hour of the day.
Advice to owner:
Literally never interacted with the owner. Management was impossible to track down. Wasn’t actually able to get ahold of them until I moved out. So, I guess my advice would be to get a different management company.
