Clean, good upkeep for the most part.
Cons:
It’s a fancy version of the projects Urination, assault and sex in stairwells. Multiple nuisances regarding neighbors. Dog shit everywhere. The building used to be be really nice but has declined as well as management. High tenant turnover.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the pets like it was when the building first opened as well as screen tenants. The type of tenants are on the decline here and management doesn’t take accountability for their lack of responsiveness.
