Keeps the house pretty clean

Cons

She has parties with loud music every weekend with all her drunk friends. She wants to know anyone that comes in your apartment. She keeps her door open just to be watch (nosey) who goes in or out the house. On the first of every month at 7-8am she calling or texting about rent money.

Advice to the owners

IF YOU NEED TO MONITOR WHO COMES IN OR OUT THE APARTMENT DONT RENT IT OUT.. HAVE SOME RESPECT FOR YOUR TENANTS AND STAY OUT OF THEIR BUSINESS
