Friendly building family environment

Pros:
There is a lobby and laundry in the building. Also an elevator. A family building.
Cons:
Sometimes neighbors stay up all night in the street and you can hear them
Advice to owner:
If there is apartments available let people that lives in the building know maybe they can tell to good potential tenants.
