Great super, not so great neighborhood

Pros:
The super is great and responsive. The building is cleaned daily and they have a great garbage management system.
Cons:
The neighborhood isn’t great. Sometimes you’ll find people doing hardcore drugs in front of or on the side of the building. We have had non-residents come in and steal some of the buildings properties before.
