Horrible place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Tenants on the third floor are nice.
Cons:
No heat landlord never fix the heating system had to use the oven to warm the apartment. Lots of rodents (mice, roaches), landlord won’t make repairs happen. Landlord is either racist or makes accusations about damage in the apartment when she agrees to make repairs before signing the lease but never upholds her end. Landlord took a year check from the city, in agreeance to make repairs if broken windows, non working heater system, non working electrical outlets, broken doors, leaks in the living room and bathroom, mole, a broken kitchen sink pipe which lead to more Mold, mold growing in the cabinet, replacing the locks on the doors, etc and never did. Landlord allowed the prior second floor tenants to grow and sell marijuana out the home.
Advice to owner:
Appreciate your tenants more. Uphold your end when you agree to repairs and replacing items for the home.
