    Pros:
    Good heating
    some good people
    Quiet neighborhood
    Cons:
    Landlord is unresponsive and not an official landlord. Don’t rent or buy in complex.
    Advice to owner:
    Have a lengthly screening process of the owners you allow to become landlords. Keep building owners only
