Pros:
There are no pros about this place
Cons:
Tenants have to pay for their heat electricity and water , the front door is never locked , the intercom system dosent work , the building is never cleaned, drug are being used inside the hallways, the mailboxes are always broken into, management always claim they never received your rent payment and u will always be in housing court ,
Advice to owner:
Rent payments should be allowed online , fix the mailboxes , fix the front door , have someone clean the building daily ,
