Worst place to live. BEWARE!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing. Nothing. Nothing at all.
Cons:
Poor management, noisy neighbors, package thieves, large amount of drug/substance abusers, roaches, mice, broken elevators, power outages, thin walls, vehicles are constantly broken into in the garage, surrounding neighborhoods are consumed with violent crime, two fare zone (Uber is your expensive best friend), no parking after 7pm
Advice to owner:
You know better, but rather choose not to do better. You need to be investigated by the state and city considering that this building falls under HPD stipulations. You need to be brought up on federal charges. In due time!
