No hot water

Pros:
The building is new, clean, the front desk is great as is the super. The apartment has high ceilings and washer dryer with central air
Cons:
This building also has a horrible water system. There’s no hot water or water pressure. What’s even a worse is that Arye Schwimmer, the building manager has not responded to one of emails regarding this. He is as incompetent as they come. I wouldn’t suggest relying on him for Anything bc he obviously doesn’t care in the slightest. He’s also a liar.
Advice to owner:
My advice would be to get rid Of Arye bc he’s horrible at this job. He does not reply, he lies, he’s overall the worst building manger I’ve ever seen.
