This building is not managed correctly and needs an on call super

Pros

I was familiar with the area

Cons

Building never cleaned floors are dirty in staircase, garbage is piled up on first floor that landlord never comes to disregard. There is no super on site and landlord doesn’t fix repairs. Heat is pumped by air conditioning unit installed in apartment which rises con Ed bill extremely rent is highly priced for small apartments it’s a walk up and there’s no cameras installed in building for tenant safety
