Management allows super’s criminal behavior
Former Tenant
Pros:
The rent is decent
Cons:
The super is HORRIBLE. He and his wife had had multiple altercations with the tenants. He has a multitude of complaints against him for his behavior against women and people of color and management ignores the complaints. The supers wife even out her hands in a child. He also doesn’t reply to tenants complaints for repairs and instead tries to stir up trouble. It makes no sense that management will allow a super who behaves in such a way to remain on the premises. The super allows people to smoke and this is a non smoking building. The local assembly person is getting involved with the situation.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants…especially when MULTIPLE WOMEN OF COLOR are complaining about aggression from the super. People are documenting and speaking with local politicians.
