Very ghetto living
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building use to be the best building on the block and has easily became the worst. No pros
Cons:
The elevator is always out of service people smoking in the hallways no access to the rooftop. Gym has never been built. Noise can easily be heard from outside and below and above you. Mice and roaches are also in the building.
Advice to owner:
Nothing it’s too late as the hoodrats are tearing this building apart.

From Hero to Zero in 3 years.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The inside of the apartments has up-to-date appliances and fixtures. There is a parking garage in the building.
Cons:
The residents and their guests consistently throw trash in the hallways and elevators. The elevators are always broken especially during the summer months. People are always in the staircases smoking and playing music. The parking garage attendants only speak Spanish so good luck asking for help. In the parking garage, they fix cars, wash cars and play music like it isn't a business. They always have new porters. They only mop the floors once a month. The cameras in the building do not work so packages get stolen during the holidays. Each floor only has two washers and dryers in the laundry room which become quite packed on the weekends with the size of the building.
Advice to owner:
You need to get these cameras working. so you can see what is happening when you are not around.
