Building amenities not well maintained
Former Tenant
Pros:
I feel safe and secure in this building, considering the neighborhood. Some of the units have great views, very spacious compared to most nyc apartments.
Cons:
Amenities are not well maintained, such as washer/dryers always out of service, lounge is always locked (resident key does not unlock this specific door for some reason) and some of the gym equipment does not work, such as the rowing machine, abs the gym has no free weights like dumbbells etc.
Advice to owner:
Please keep up with maintenance of the building amenities

Save your money!! Do not live here!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing at all
Cons:
The laundry room is always out of order. The amenities close at 10pm and are not upkept. There is no doorman, they lie about the amenities. Parking is a nightmare and everything in the apartments are cheap. Stay away! The price is not worth it at all. People blast music all times of the night. This building is not worth it!
Advice to owner:
Stop telling lies to tenants about what they will get if they move in. Where is the doorman? What is going on with the amenities? You do not resolve any problems that arise in the building. This building is ghetto.
