Avoid at all costs
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was nice when it first opened. Nice, quiet and clean.
Cons:
- floors and walls are like paper. No privacy and you will hear everything. - management is discriminatory and a waste of time. Good luck getting responses. - heat is not automatically on when it’s cold outside, the super/Mgmt turns the heat off when they deem it “warm” outside. - hot water works when it wants to, and when it does, it’s scalding. - laundry room is overly expensive - the garbage collection in the cellar often makes the first floor lobby smell like garbage. - the super is lazy and dismissive. - the block is loud, noisy and drug deals happen often in front of the building. - there are lots of kids in the building.
Advice to owner:
Get a new management team that knows what they’re doing and care about their jobs
