Don’t recommend, you get what you pay for.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building provides good heat, internal air conditioner, is clean.
Cons:
The issue are the nuisance tenants management moves in. I continuously have to keep reporting the loud noise. The tenant next door has a surround system. The vibration is ridiculously annoying. I don’t understand, what’s wrong with the unthoughtful people who are renting. Renting means you don’t own nothing. The Building is cheaply made, you are able to hear the next door tenant conversation as well as when the individuals play music, you hear it like is in your apartment. Management don’t handle the situation accordingly. They unable to accommodate people with disabilities. Meaning you can’t live in a quiet peaceful place. People play music like they in a nightclub. The tenants don’t follow the noise ordinance. Now the next door neighbor, is starting to comply. I had to make numerous calls to 311 as well many emails to management. I need to add, every year you must provide your income. No Management is way too nosy. I can’t wait to move out this inconvenience.
