Move at your own risk

Pros:
This is a beautiful building. 24 hour security. Heat and electric included. Beautiful view. no bugs. Trash room is always cleaned
Cons:
There is so many people from this building from the shelter and who were homeless. Some people get on the elevators smelling like a homeless person. You have some people who don’t appreciate the cleanliness of the building. It’s spitting on the elevators. Fire alarm being tested evry other day non stop all morning. The fact that your guest have to check in with a id and take a picture gives this building the vibe that you live in a shelter. It seems as though this building only caters to the shelter/homeless people. It’s no type of vetting for the people who move in here. Paying rent it’s no electronically way to pay. Only money orders. It’s 2023 and this is a brand new building. Make a way
Advice to owner:
Hold the tenants accountable for the destructiveness of the building. It’s not fair to the people who are truly paying real rent with no help from HRA. Cater to not just your HRA tenants. I like this building. I like the security (sometimes) I like the staff workers who clean the floors everyday but come on. Some tenants have no care. Make everyone comfortable by holding them accountable.
