Terrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Access to trains is great
Cons:
Over priced, small unit, I had to move quickly so I got stuck with it. They are now doing drilling and construction under me making a new bar and have no warning. It is unbearably loud from 9-5 and there is no way I can work from home.
Advice to owner:
Do better, you guys don’t help your tenants

Overall okay but not luxury as advertised
Former Tenant
Pros:
Price ok, amenities ok, everything is average but probably decent if you compare the price with Manhattan
Cons:
Noise from the construction site was loud sometimes. The trash chute doesn't work sometimes. The gym is not cleaned regularly, and the water filter has not changed for months. Everything was bearable, except whenever I try to contact management for any issue, it's almost unreachable and not very responsive. After seeing how smooth some move-in onboarding can be in a rental building, I found the move-in/move-out communication quite stressful. Overall, it's ok if you get a good unit with a view, as half of the units there are now blocked by a new building under construction.
