Good place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Loved living here everything was good, rooms big, not loud, peaceful and nice neighbors
Cons:
We did have roaches but we got rid of them by sealing up holes with caulk.

Great location, good for shopping.

Dirty bldg., brown water, no 24-hr security, no intercom system, gym equipment not maintained so it’s outdated, and dirty, laundry room is filthy.
Advice to owner:
Learn to be responsive to your tenants, without backlash or threats, and show some self control when faced with tenants complains or concerns.

Decent, Needs Improvement
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, diversity of tenants’ ethnicities, professions and incomes, young couples with children, quiet, professional staff (all but one), pets allowed.
Cons:
Management not consistently responsive, not equally respectful of all tenants; refuses to fire very aggressive, dangerous doorman.
Advice to owner:
Be responsive to and respectful of all tenants equally. Fire unprofessional, dangerous personnel. Take more and better care of building.
