DONT LIVE HERE. All apartments are illegal conversions
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location near many amenities. Lots of windows and daylight. Large 1 bedroom layout.
Cons:
Insufficient heat and water pressure due to illegal conversion. There are 5 units, not 3 as reported. LL illegally resides in basement. He’s neglectful, hostile, irresponsible, will serve FAKE eviction notices if you try to take legal action against him. Halls are dark, never swept. Stairs are rotting and unsafe. LL will not return your security deposit, he’ll lock you out of your apartment before you’ve completely moved out, will raise your rent a grotesque amount even you don’t complain about anything.
Advice to owner:
FOLLOW THE LAW! Be a decent human being!
