Former Tenant
Pros:
Location in Cobble Hill is absolutely prime. Responsive handyman. The super helped me carry boxes in.
Cons:
Heat was sporadic. Hot water was constantly out. Neighbors left trash in front of their doors. Building has a massive cockroach infestation.
