**Not about the property but instead about the owner

Pros:
Building looked beautiful and clean. Neighbors sounded like they were nice. Great location! Would have loved to live here.
Cons:
This owner was the worst type of person. Approved me for the apartment, set a lease signing date with all the bells and whistles, then ended up taking back the apartment because he didn't like that my mother was listed on my bank account. I am still so upset and livid. So be warned-- if he's that strict about a bank account, what is he going to be like if you scratch a wall or make noise?
Advice to owner:
Have a little grace and respect for people who come from different backgrounds. Some people are trying to make a name for themselves or are on their own.
