Cute starter 1br in a beautiful neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighborhood, exposed brick, illegal roof access in Brooklyn Heights
Cons:
The super is NOT ONSITE - it takes threats from the owner to get him to respond to anything. The garbage is put out Mon/Wed/Fr and recycling Wed, so you have to hang on to your garbage until that time. The stairs have a creepy lean to them - no one has died on them yet, but they get more precarious by the day!
