Nice but expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lovely and convenient location
Lovely, responsive, and helpful staff
The walls were pretty decently soundproofed
I genuinely miss living in this building.
Cons:
they REALLY hiked up the prices, unreasonably so
the laundry/drier machines in the public areas are TINY

Great location, amenities. Small apts, a little expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighborhood, close to subways, nice amenities, friendly staff and neighbors.
Cons:
Small apartment, with not the highest quality flooring/fixtures/etc., a little expensive
Advice to owner:
Higher quality details within the apartments (flooring, fixtures, etc.)

Cons:
Slow maintenance :(
Advice to owner:
Reduce the fees

Great neighborhood and staff, lousy management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful quiet neighborhood
Nice neighborhoods
Friendly staff.
Cons:
Clipper Management is not a luxury manager. Not responsive. Under-staffs the building, most notable with dirty common areas and gym. Lousy construction (have had plumbing, AC, heat and other issues in our unit)
Advice to owner:
Invest more in your properties and staff. Hire some managers from AVB or TFC that know how to manage luxury buildings

love it but
Former Tenant
Pros:
beautiful brand new very well kept
Cons:
nothing but they jacked up my rent at the end of lease
Over 2 years ago
Management is horrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not much at all for the price
Cons:
Management is a complete joke. Laughable.
Advice to owner:
Replace your entire management staff. Bring people on that actually care about their jobs and care about the tenants that are PAYING their salaries. When you act like tenants are not customers and instead just people who got “suckered” into signing a lease agreement, do you honestly expect anyone to want to continue to live here????
