Beat building ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
No issues at all. Responsive super, clean, no noise, no pests, friendly tenants, things get fixed, beautiful building.
Cons:
The only thing I can think of is that the shower water takes a few minutes to heat up, and I was told there was no way to fix it and it’s a building-wide problem.
Advice to owner:
Keep it up.

Great building, kind management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, affordable, responsive super
Cons:
Heat is turned on intermittently at times, normal wear and tear and funkiness that comes along with prewar buildings, shower takes a long time to heat up
