Affordable accommodations for a Doorman Building

Pros

Friendly team of Doormen and women, great package management. Our studio unit was well laid out, and reasonably priced for the area. Overall, it was a nice place to live.

Cons

Radiators tend to overheat in the winter, the apartment gets very dry. Third floor hallway always smells of cigarettes.

Pros

Loved the kind doormen and historic feel of the building! You can't beat the location either. Overall did not have a lot of issues during the year I lived here.

Cons

The heat in the winter could get very hot so I would open the windows even when it was below freezing.
